We sought to give surgeons working in hospitals and clinics a book that could help them in any situation, with any problems. The book describes those operations that are currently in the present. Time is commonly applied in surgery of the head, neck, chest wall and laden cavity, abdominal wall and abdomen. In addition, the surgery of individual organ systems is outlined, such as urological surgery, vascular surgery, traumatology, hand surgery, plastic surgery, purulent wound surgery, issues related to burns, frostbite, ionizing radiation, as well as resuscitation issues. Where appropriate, special attention was paid to a detailed description of the pathological anatomy and pathophysiology of individual diseases, indications and contraindications in connection with individual interventions, preparation of patients for surgery and postoperative treatment. All drawings were made with great care and skill by Aniko Toth.
