Portrait of a murderer: a project of a Belarusian artist, created from thousands of photos from the war in Ukraine
Photographer from Belarus Pavel Krichko presented a project that showed the author's attitude to the Russian invasion of Ukraine. This is a portrait of Vladimir Putin, the leader of the aggressor country. The peculiarity of the creation is that it is made from one and a half thousand screenshots and photographs, which depict the events in Ukraine over the past month and a half.
Some shots were taken by the photographer himself, others were collected from open sources. Pavel's work shows the world thousands of crippled destinies at the hands of the Russian occupiers.
The image created by Pavel not only became the embodiment of the essence of the insane dictator, but also showed the public the result of the war in Ukraine: pain, fear, violence, destruction and death.
Pavel noted that he has a few more similar ideas in store, which he plans to implement in the near future.
