LEGO heroes: the editor of The Brothers Brick showed figurines of the defenders of Azovstal

The Brothers Brick editor-in-chief Andrew Beecraft tweeted several photos of LEGO figures dedicated to Ukrainian heroes and heroines who are actively resisting the Russian invasion. Among the plastic men, you can also recognize several real personalities, the defenders of Mariupol: Bogdan Krotevich, Denis Prokopenko and Svyatoslav Palamar, who led the defense of Azovstal for several months. In addition, there are figurines depicting paramedics Ekaterina Galushko and Alina Mikhailova. Miniatures, combined from different parts, convey each personality in detail. Soldiers are armed with firearms and anti-tank weapons, doctors are accompanied by four-legged friends.

For Beecraft, this is a special project. As he noted in his publication, his grandfather served as a medic in the American army during World War II. Therefore, Beecraft treats doctors who are fighting Russian fascism in Ukraine with special respect. Negotiations are currently ongoing, the purpose of which is the release of the captured defenders. The presentation of the collectible set is a tiny, but very important part of the global support for our heroes.
