The national postal operator "Ukrposhta" presented a new philatelic product - a set of six postage stamps dedicated to the Day of Defenders of Ukraine.
The stamp sheet consists of six stamps, which depict illustrations of military personnel. They are dedicated to individual types of armed forces and individual branches of the military. In addition to the set of stamps, there are 6 envelopes with troop emblems, 6 cards and a First Day envelope. The circulation of the stamp sheet is 1 million copies.
The author of the release of philatelic products dedicated to the armed forces of Ukraine was the Ukrainian artist Anton Khrupin. He is known for his work, which was presented by Ukrposhta on Independence Day - the postage stamp “Free. Indestructible. Invincible."
Redemption with the “First Day” stamp took place on October 14 in Kyiv. Special cancellation "Glory to the Armed Forces of Ukraine!" - October 14-15 in all branches of the national postal operator.
