In June of this year, the life of Jessica Vincent, a resident of the state of Virginia, USA, changed radically thanks to an incredible discovery in a thrift store. A mysterious glass vase, bought for a symbolic $3.99, became the cause of an unforgettable adventure and incredible financial success for its owner.

An ordinary, at first glance, glass vase of red and green color, purchased by Jessica, turned out to be a real treasure. The woman drew attention to a small sign - the letter "M" located at the bottom of the product. This detail turned out to be the key to solving the mystery.

Jessica, far from art history, began to look for information about this mysterious letter on the products. One of the versions, "M" could indicate Murano - an island located near Venice, which is considered the historical birthplace of Italian glassware. This became the reason for a more detailed study of the vase and its history.

Jessica came across some interesting information. In particular, she learned that the vase may have been created by the famous Italian architect Carlo Scarpa. Interested in this discovery, the woman turned to experts. Photographs of the vase were sent to the Wright auction house, where experts confirmed that this item is part of the Pennellate series, which was designed by Carlo Scarpa in the 1940s.

The Italian vase impressed not only with its history, but also with the quality of execution. Made of Italian glass, on which there was not a single crack, this vase became a true masterpiece of art.

Bought for a few dollars, it surprised everyone when its value skyrocketed at auction, and its final price was $107,100. This story reminds us that valuable things can be hidden in quite unexpected places.
