The single national postal operator "Ukrposhta" has put into circulation a new postage stamp. This is the fourth stamp issued since the beginning of the war, and dedicated to the opposition of the Ukrainian people to Russian aggression.
The plot of the new postage stamp "Good evening, we are from Ukraine!" was based on real events borrowed from Mykolaiv region and other regions of the country. Places where ordinary people without weapons confronted military equipment. By their actions they helped the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The fourth military stamp depicts a tractor pulling a tank. The philatelic novelty is made in the colors traditional for Ukrainian symbols — yellow and blue. The sketch of the stamp, sheets, envelopes and special cancellation stamps belongs to graphic designer Anastasia Bondarets. As for the phrase, its authorship is attributed to a member of the Dakhabraha group, Mark Galanevich.
It is noted that the circulation of these stamps will be about 5 million copies:
- 3 million with a face value of M to pay for postal services within the country;
- 2 million denomination W, which are intended for foreign correspondence.
According to the head of the philatelic products department of the national operator Natalya Mukhina, stamp sales will continue as long as they are available.
The stamps went on sale on July 28, 2022, on Statehood Day, to all post offices in Ukraine. You can buy new philatelic products both offline and online.
