At the end of the XIX century, an unusual fair spectacular entertainment – horse jumping into the water became popular on the North American continent. Basically, this fun was demonstrated in the USA, but the same could be seen in Canada. The first rider to jump on a horse into the water was Lauren Carver. A special tower was built for the show, the entertainment quickly became popular, and over time a small troupe was formed. Even injuries did not stop the participants: in 1931, the rider Sonora Webster injured her eyes when falling into the water, but continued to perform for several more years. The participants of the show changed until 1970, until animal rights activists opposed such performances. It wasn't until 1993 that the show was briefly returned to one of the amusement parks, but it was soon shut down. Photos with strange and unusual events and places can be
