In the course of the excavations carried out last year on the territory of Tatarskaya 17/1, an archeology with ancient coins was found by archaeologists from Kamenetz-Podolsk State Historical Museum-Reserve.

The head of the “Museum of Antiquities” sector, Petr Boltanyuk, and the leading researcher of the Museum-Reserve, Igor Starenky, discovered 10 silver coins. According to their statement, the find was a cast of 10 coins, which were dated 1447-1589. They were found at a depth of 1.8 m from the modern day surface, at the level of the horizon of the housing estate of the Zolorddynsko-Lithuanian time.

The oldest among them is the Gdansk solid of Casimir IV Jagiellon. On the obverse of a heavily worn coin, the coat of arms of the Kingdom of Poland was depicted - an eagle placed on the coat of arms. Along the rim there is an inscription “KAZIMIRVS REX P”, which is only partially preserved. On the obverse - the emblem of Gdansk, in a circle - the partially preserved inscription "MONET CIVIT DAI".
