How do you feel about rare and random finds? Positively? What about the rare 2005 Chevrolet SSR? Judging by the photo, this “baby” has probably never been washed. But that didn't stop him from doing great.
A rare sports car was gathering dust in an abandoned garage for 18 years and, for unknown reasons, almost immediately went into exile after the purchase. And all this time it was not only not washed, it was basically not used.
But that treatment didn't stop the 2005 Chevrolet SSR from staying in pretty good shape. The paintwork had no damage, and the interior looked almost new. Now it becomes clear why the “baby” was sold on eBay for $49,875. Although this cost could certainly have been higher.
Chevrolet SSRs are prized by collectors today because of their rarity and uniqueness. In total, only 24,150 of these two-seater convertible pickups with a sliding roof were produced.
This pickup is very reminiscent of its design in the spirit of the 40s of the car of yesteryear.
