To avoid possible misunderstandings, we would like to remind you that Violity does not handle logistics. At the same time, each postal service has its own rules for providing services. Typically, according to them, the shipment belongs to the sender until it is delivered to the recipient.
Therefore, we draw your attention to the fact that all risks associated with possible loss of the shipment and relations with the postal service are borne by the sender unless otherwise agreed with the recipient.
Such an agreement can be made in the Seller's and Buyer's chat or using other Violity services. If the Buyer requests to lower the value of the shipment, it is very important for them to be aware: all risks associated with damage or loss pass to them. Moreover, the Seller always has the right to refuse such a reduction to the Buyer.
The full declared value is a guarantee that you will not be left with nothing if something happens to the item on the way. Please remember this.
